Frequently Asked Questions
What the audit checks, how it scores, and what it needs from you.
How does it work?
Connect a Google, Meta, or TikTok Ads account, or paste an export, and run an audit. 161 weighted controls are evaluated against your account data, and you get back a 0-100 health score, an A-F grade, a category breakdown, a ranked list of quick wins with the time each one takes, and the critical issues to handle first.
How is this different from the platform's own recommendations?
Google and Meta recommend what increases spend on their platform. This scores what the account is doing wrong, including the things that cost you money without ever surfacing as a warning: duplicate conversion events, missing negatives, a bid strategy starved of the data volume it needs, a budget capped below what the auction would give you.
Is there a free tier?
The free plan audits one advertiser account once a month, with no card. That is a complete audit: every one of the 161 controls, the client-ready report, and findings tracking. Paid plans raise how many accounts you can hold and how often you can audit them, never the depth of the audit itself.
What access does it need?
Read-only. You authorize on the platform's own screen through our OAuth broker, so we never hold your credentials and revoking access takes effect immediately. Nothing in the audit path can modify your account. If you cannot grant access at all, paste an export instead. The audit will report which controls your data could not answer.
How does billing work?
Credits, not subscriptions. New accounts get three free, and packs are available through Stripe checkout. One audit costs one credit, and a failed audit refunds itself automatically. Credits never expire and there is no monthly commitment.
What happens when I re-audit?
Findings carry across runs, so a second audit reports movement instead of repeating the first: what you fixed, what is still open, and what regressed after you had already fixed it. Anything you marked as won't-fix stays parked through every future audit. Re-audits can also run on their own, weekly or monthly.
